Profile
I started as a software engineer, spending over five years building product features in Java and JavaScript at Aku Pintar, an Indonesian ed-tech platform. From 2024 I moved into the Salesforce ecosystem as a developer, delivering Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations for industrial, banking, and automotive clients.
That delivery background is what I bring to presales today: discovery sessions that ask the right questions, demos built around a client's actual process, and proposals that match business requirements to the platform that fits — whether that's Salesforce, Slack, or Lark. Along the way I earned a Master's in Information Technology from ITS, five Salesforce and Lark certifications, and co-authored peer-reviewed research on video data hiding.
